Woo still getting back into the swing of things around here, but so stoked to be back with this week’s gratitude #hustle. Let’s just dive right in shall we?
Oh man spending the last two and half weeks using my non-dominant hand has me feelin’ oh so grateful that my cut has healed and I can do simple things with ease again (think typing, opening my water bottle and even using cutlery). Being able to sit here and type up this post without pain or worrying about opening my cut is 👌🏻 Wondering what the heck I’m talking about? Check out this post.
Connected to that point, getting back to the gym has been 🙌🏻+💪🏻 Yes I realize I sound like “that person” but it’s amazing how much of an impact working out on the regular has on your mental health and energy levels! Can’t lie though, I spent the better part of a week being sore constantly… *curse you wall balls*

As great as things have been, this week did bring a mix of emotions (more on that to come). But I was blown away by the quiet, simple support I received. I am so lucky.
🎵It’s the fiiiiinal countdoooooowwwwnnnn🎵 That’s right, I have just six more days left of being a “20-something”. I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on all of the things this past decade has brought (and of course, there will be a blog post on this coming soon!) and I feel so grateful for all of the experiences it has brought – the good, the bad and the ugly (ugh white tights with denims skirts, whyyyyy? 😩). 29 has been one of my best years yet, so I’m going to soak up these last few days before saying hello to 30!
